These terms outline the formal agreement between players who use the platform and 618apk. By accessing and using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

When you access and use the 618apk platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service ("Terms") set out here. These terms apply to all games, financial transactions, and activities on the platform. Please read them before using the platform.

These terms are written in the Burmese language, and only this language version is officially valid. If there is any discrepancy with a translated version, the Burmese version takes precedence.

1. General Terms

"Platform" refers to 618apk's website, mobile app, and all related services. "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the platform.

  • This platform is for adults aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access it.
  • Each individual may only open one account using their own personal information. Proxy access is blocked.
  • Access to the platform from certain restricted countries is not permitted — you are responsible for checking and complying with your local laws.
  • Reselling the platform for commercial purposes or using automated software (bots) is not allowed.
  • All content and game software on this platform are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension and loss of your balance.

2.1 One Account Only

Each player may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same personal information, IP address, or payment method, those accounts will be suspended and any bonuses will be voided.

2.2 Account Security

You must keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify the support team immediately. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from security breaches caused by the player.

2.3 Age Verification

Players' ages may be verified at any time using appropriate methods. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

  • Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay.
  • Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (all methods).
  • Deposits are credited instantly, though minor delays may occur due to network congestion.
  • Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are not permitted — you must use your own payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks (all methods).
  • Standard withdrawal processing time — within 10–45 minutes after the request is confirmed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered under your own account.
  • Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering requirement — see Section 4 for details.
  • If an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check is required, withdrawals may be suspended until the follow-up review is complete.

Any fees charged by the bank or payment provider for transfers are the player's responsibility — the platform does not cover those fees.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the requirement is fulfilled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

  • Amount — 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
  • Wagering requirement — you must wager 10x the bonus amount before withdrawing.
  • Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus; balance becomes 44,000 Ks; wagering required: 240,000 Ks.
  • Example — deposit 340,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus; balance becomes 540,000 Ks; wagering required: 2,000,000 Ks.
  • This bonus can only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim it more than once will result in the bonus being voided.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
  • If promotion abuse or irregularities are detected, bonuses may be voided and the account may be suspended.
  • The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on the platform — Live Casino, Slots, football, Dragon Tiger, 3D lottery, and others — must be played fairly, without the use of unauthorized methods such as software assistance or network manipulation.

  • Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be tampered with; completed rounds cannot be changed.
  • If a game is disrupted due to a connection loss during play, the platform will record the game result and may restore it; the platform is not responsible for any funds lost as a result.
  • Players placing football maung (parlay) bets must submit their bets before the designated deadline; disputes raised after a game has started will not be accepted.
  • If a game is found to have paid out a large amount due to a verifiable bug, that game result may be voided.

6. Personal Information Security

  • Players' personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
  • Checks required for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention may be carried out.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

A player's account may be suspended immediately if any of the following occurs—

  • Providing false information when opening an account
  • Attempting to repeatedly claim bonus exploits
  • Using unauthorized software or scripting to pre-calculate game outcomes
  • Found to be a player under 21 years of age
  • Conducting money laundering activity
  • Violating these terms and conditions

Any remaining balance in a suspended account will only be returned after a full review; bonus funds will not be returned if found to have been obtained improperly.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, network outages, or unauthorized access by third parties.
  • While we strive to keep the platform available at all times, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance; the platform is not liable for losses during that time.

9. Amendments to Terms

618apk reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be 21 or older to use the platform. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to an underage player will be terminated.

Any account found to have been registered with false personal information will be immediately blocked, and any bonus funds in that account will be cancelled. The remaining balance can only be processed after a full verification check is completed.

After a request is confirmed, funds typically arrive within 10–45 minutes. If an AML check is required it may take longer, and in that case the support team will contact you.

After receiving a bonus, you cannot withdraw bonus-derived funds until the wagering requirement is fully met. However, whether your own deposited amount (excluding the bonus) can be withdrawn separately — please contact the platform directly to ask.
